Noor started in 2011 as two architects advising friends on land and permits. Clients kept asking for the same thing: someone independent, on their side, who would read the contract and visit the site. That became our practice.
Today 22 people work from our Tehran office and a regional office on the Caspian coast. We take on a limited number of villas each year so every project has a senior partner involved.
